No Refund Policy

All payments made towards registration for exams, study materials, or any associated services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Fees paid for Olympiad registrations
• Fees for practice tests or mock exams
• Fees for study material subscriptions

Exception: Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error, a refund for the duplicate charge may be processed after proper verification by our team. Condition:

• The request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
• The payment will be verified before approval.

For refund-related issues, participants must contact the support team with payment receipt and registration details.

No Cancellation Policy

Once the registration process is completed and payment is made,cancellation of participation is not allowed.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted for:

• Olympiad registrations
• Practice tests or mock exams
• Study material subscriptions

Cancellation by Olympiad Portal

In rare cases where the Olympiad exam must be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues or regulatory changes), registered participants will:

• Be notified via email or SMS
• Be given the option to participate in the rescheduled exam
